Ed Miller's Professional No Limit Hold’em: Volume II
Ed Miller's fifth book, Professional No Limit Hold’em: Volume II, is making good progress.
Miller says,
“I’ve been on the ‘one book per year’ schedule since Small Stakes Hold’em came out in 2004, and I expect to finish 2008 with an unblemished 5-for-5 record.”
He also says,
"Sunny and I have been playing a lot of online 6-max lately, so rest assured that the book will contain a lot of stuff that will be immediately useful in those games."

- Hand reading (I’d say most of the book is about hand reading to some extent or another)
- Preflop 3-betting and 4-betting strategies (and responding to 3-bets)
- Continuation betting and when to fire two and three barrels
- Value betting, particularly on the river
- Balancing pot control against protecting your hand
- Choosing the right spots to run more sophisticated bluffs
- Adjusting to various player types
